The Network Operations Center is available 24x7 for our Hosting and Enterprise Management customers. The Support Centers can be reached via e-mail at support@hurdit.com or via phone at 703-442-3422 and listen to the telephone system prompts to route your call to a technical service representative. |

How can I get a Customer Central account? |

To get a Customer Central account, you need to sign up for the service. Your customer representative can assist you with this or you can go online and signup for an account. Once your account has been created, you will be sent your account login information. You can request an account online at Register. One of our customer support staff will contact you with the details of your account. |
